The REAL Dilly Lama

My journey into wellness started in 2012 when I visited Peru for the first time and experienced many different modalities of healing. It has not always been a straightforward path and often felt like one step forward with two steps backwards! My deep dive into wellness began with navigating personal adversity. In 2021, I experienced two life-altering events—a devastating car accident that left me with constant physical and nerve pain, and the death of my brother. Struggling with both grief and chronic pain, I sought ways to heal, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

My path towards healing led me to Northern Thailand in 2023, where I studied under Master Mantak Chia at Tao Garden. It was there that I learned breath work, mindfulness, meditation and a powerful Taoist tradition known as Inner Alchemy, which focuses on cultivating energy to heal and transform from within. These practices helped me not only cope with the constant physical pain but also allowed me to process my grief in a way that traditional methods could not.

Counselling was also a lifeline after my brother's death and it played a pivotal role in guiding me through my most difficult moments. I have come to understand that healing is a multi-faceted journey—one that should incorporate both ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic support.

I live in Victoria, with my loving partner Shaveeta and our dog Kiki. Through teaching breath work, mindfulness and meditation, I aim to share the transformative power of these practices with others who are seeking balance, healing, or simply a deeper connection with themselves.

I’ve been affectionately called "Dilly" since childhood by friends and family, and during my time in Thailand, I earned the nickname "Dilly Lama"—a light-hearted yet meaningful reflection of my dedication to these spiritual practices.

Whether you’re dealing with stress, striving for emotional balance, or looking to find peace in difficult times, I’m here to help guide you on your own wellness journey :)
